Flexible Rubber Cables for Mining - APPLICATION

Mining cables are often used to transport power deep into a mineshaft for powering and controlling mining equipment. They’re often subjected to mechanical abuse, extreme weather, extreme temperatures, moisture, abrasion, corrosive agents and highly explosive atmospheres. Due to the unforgiving environment, special standards are mandated for cables and electrical distribution in both open-pit and underground mining.

Jacket:  Reinforced CPE with permanent surface marking.

 1) The allowed operating temperature of the core is 65°C when U0/U is 

    0.66/1.14kV and below, 85°C when U0/U is 3.6/6kV
 2) Min. bending radius is 6 times the size of cable diameter 
 3) The yellow sheath cable should not be exposed in the sun for long time
 4).Coal Mining Machine Cable:The cables are suitable for coal mining machine and similar equipment as power connecting cable.
